In my opinion no, it didn't take a genius to work out what the effect of eating Junk food for every meal, every day for a month was going to do to your health.

I'd be interested if he did a follow up where he only eats salads to see what the effect was.

Or better still, curry.

I thought it was good, but as Barnard says, at little bit obvious really. I thought it was worth it, just for seeing the guy that's eaten at least 2 McChicken Burgers a day over the past 10 years Cheesy

good film, his '30 days' tv stuff is pretty good too. panders to the american need for part entertainment part fact but still good
