In my opinion no, it didn't take a genius to work out what the effect of eating Junk food for every meal, every day for a month was going to do to your health.
I'd be interested if he did a follow up where he only eats salads to see what the effect was.
Or better still, curry.

I thought it was good, but as Barnard says, at little bit obvious really. I thought it was worth it, just for seeing the guy that's eaten at least 2 McChicken Burgers a day over the past 10 years
