I was bowled by Jack Russell as a 13 year old !  Oops

I retired from village cricket 3 years ago. Not sure whether to make a come back in 2007 or 2008.

we started nets and fielding/fitness sessions a couple of weeks ago. ovee the winter we've 'signed' the cheltenham captain who used to play here who's had enough of the travelling and wants to come back now we're better structured both on and off the field. also got 2-3 other new quality players

our first friendly is on sat 15th april away at Swindon (behind the Arkells). first league game is on sat 30th home to painswick

Think there should be a TEF " build houses on the cricket ground"
demonstration that day.

Sorry, I'd asked you that before.  :x

Good luck against Painswick. They always used to be arrogant f*ckers with nothing to be arrogant about  !

they've just been promoted to our league so don't know much about them

i know the bressingtons were heavily involved and a lot of people think they are a bunch of pricks (especially the father) but since ali was released by gloucestershire the whole family seems to have gone to frocester
