Was probably carried by Carl Barat... tbh babyshambles are shockinly poor but so are carl barrats new band dirty pretty things! saw them both on the NME awards last week and they were shite and doherty and some other bloke in his band were completly stoned |

I don't like Barat either, but the music Pete has produced with the aptly named 'shambles is nowhere near as good as the Libs stuff, which leads me to think Barat may be the better of the two.
I saw the 'shambles in From too, as i was interested to see what they had to offer.

I saw him at the Cheese and Grain in Frome last year, off it, but still made up an improptue bit of music. Like a select few other musicians he makes up lyrics while in a state of mind that you or I couldn't comprehend. As for Carl barat carrying him, that's such a bullshit statement, if you don't like him.....fine. The fact still remains that his lyrical ability is huge and he will be mused over after his early death.  My school ball was at the cheese and grain in frome. Bit of a dump. I don't like frome. |
