pipe (again)

i've asked this before but never did it, so here goes again.

i've got this little pipe:

could someone tell me how to work it? do i need to put some foil with holes in inside? as presumably i can't just put the mix straight in there as it'll all come through.

Foil with holes in would do the job but I'd get some of these

 There's no great science to working it, just stick your weed in, light it , toke it up.

It's intended to be stuffed full of bud, and unless it's dried up it won't come through.

Still you could always use a gause, but yeah, foil will work fine.  As for a 'mix', please don't put tobacco with it

yeah, its really good. we only use it for smoking the flavoured baccy, not weed, and apple is the best flavour. really nice smoke.

Marvellous not really a big smoker.  In fact it's been so long I can't remember but would be cool to have one on hand for those moments like Heartbeat on a Sunday.

Roll-ups rape my throat so a smooth cool smoke would be ideal.
