Now he's first team the youths aren't so good...

In Cup games, the Book of Clough has been violated.  Aside from the youth team, money is so tight the games are must win.  This means that everyone is uptight and it shows, lethargic play is not down to lack of motivation, but is due to too much stress.  The players have to be relaxed mentally to perform.  I think that our dismal cup history shows that the players have not been properly prepared for cup games, as well as some league games.  

Iffy, buy the Book of Clough, he knew what he was doing when winning European cups.
