Seems like he's found his level and is doing ok there.

I thought he played rather well up front with Sam Parkin.

Good link-up player but unlucky not to score.  He was the old Premiership reserve team strikers leading scorer and didn't he bang in three for our reserve team?

Parkin went through a purple patch when Slabber was here, they played well together. Could have been a different story is Slabber had just got one goal.....who knows eh!

He was a donkey! I remember one game where he missed three pretty simple chances. Got into the right position every time but never finished anything off.

Perhaps given another chance he would do okay?

Yes he played well with Parkin.

Yes we all thought once he got one he'd get loads.

No he couldn't hit a barn door from 2 yards.

No we shouldn't have signed him.

I thought he was a good player - a better player I've seen playing in person is also in that squad.

Andy Bishop (York) - apart from being a pretty boy - he's very good and I think he's worth a look by STFC - anyone know how to recommend him to the club?

Dazzza - exactly my point fella!

Like Freddie Eastwood, he's one of Kingy's rare transfer cock-ups in my view. Sam was prolific during his spell alongside Slabber and it was surely only a matter of time before he notched a goal or two. The gap between Conference and Lg.1 is not that great anymore so it's no great surprise to me seeing him do so well.
