I knew I'd convert you. He knows exactly what he's talking about, the man is a force of nature when it comes to cooking. I wish I could cook like him.
Not just cooking either. He's properly clued up as to how to turn a shit restaurant into a sucessful restaurant in a few reletavily easy steps.
I think he's do a good job of turning round virtually any ailing business to be honest. Dont fancy him as my boss much though
