So as you all know I'm going to France soon, and have some things I need to sort out.

One of my main concerns is having a phone out there.

I'm on vodafone at the moment and use a D500 - anyone know the best approach to getting a decent payg sim for France?

With O2 if you approach them and mention that you are moving abroad and want to go to the cheapest rate whilst you're away they can cut you really good deals, my mate got an upgrade more minutes and texts that work in namibia for less than his old rate, and another who's working in the 'dam got lots of free texts for oversees. PAYG wise I haven't a clue, might be worth a word with vodafone though

Fair doos, I'll get on to Vodafone, only about 4 months into my current contract, but I've used vodafone for about 6 years I think.
