I'm bored with Mexico. Done it the past 2 years. Gonna try Jamaica this year.

Don't go to Barbados - unless you just want to do bugger all all the time you're there.
I went with my folks a few years ago and everything closes about 22:30 - pretty nice place, some nice food, discovered rum there but that is it.

Reminds me of naffing Crawley, with uglier women Look, just go to Corfu and bbe done with it. Birds, Boobs, Booze, Bazuka's, Bloshed off your nut - ideal! Its meant to be a relaxing holiday not my usual 18 - 30's crap! Found some deals for dominican republic for £440 self catering for a week not sure if thats great or not or whether to wait for a last minute deal?!?!

Asher, be careful going self catering. Remember Dom Rep is effectively a third world country, and doesn't really have strips of bars and restaurants that are tourist friendly like the main european resorts. You should be OK in Puerto Plata (North Coast), but we went to Bavaro (East coast) - 12 hour flight from UK + 2 hour coach tx, nice 4* hotel all inclusive 14 nights for just over 700 quid in May 2003. Not the best holiday I've had, but OK. Don't go between August & October - bloody hurricanes, should be OK in January. Excursions are expensive and it full of Spanish (Dom Rep is a former Spanish colony). I'd say the same about Jamaica too wrt self catering. Let me know if you want more info.

I am taking a much needed holiday next month, it is on the same week as my Birthday and my wife's Birthday is the day before mine, also one of my bestest friends (whom I have not seen for more than 5 years) is coming to Thailand to visit me at the same time. Fuck man I am gonna be getting soooooooooooooo wasted. Can't wait.
