Jesus Christ the advertiser is shite.

A simple land registry search would reveal who the registered owner of the land is, which would answer the vast majority of the 'questions' in this article.

Who obtained PP is entirely irrelevant.

I noticed this article yesterday and got the impression that the adver is trying to make a story out of nothing.

But it would be fucking hilarious if Power has accidentally sold the land to Clem, provided it's not a white elephant.
