Do the Mail journalists not realise we've already been taken over/ sold?
Do you think they care? It's not a paper renowned for it's dedication to the highest standards of truth or accuracy. Wouldn't wipe my arse on it if they printed it on soft pink paper and perforated every page for easy tear-off use.

"Al Waleed Bin Talal has recently invested in the Europes 2nd largest sewage treatment facility. The site known as the Kassam Stadium, will be fully operational once the fourth side has been erected. Hopefully, that will be the last of the bad smells emanating from up the A420."

 Clap

Apart from the grammar.

If only this was true

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...20billion.html

I think he was linked when Sir William Patey was chairman

That link just has the Mail saying sorry.  Fair enough, I suppose, but how it's relevant to us I don't know.

"The indignant 57-year-old – who is currently in talks to buy Swindon Town football club – owns two super yachts, the world’s largest private jet and more than 200 cars.  These include his collection of Rolls-Royces, Ferraris and Lamborghinis."

Before Jed was outed as the front runner, someone on Twitter put forward Al Waleed Bin Talal as a bit of a joke from what I gather.

Then it would appear that somebody, quite childishly, immediately took to Wikipedia. Presumably the Mail have picked up on this Wikipedia fallacy.

Reminds me of the time when the papers were plasted with a rumour that Liverpool were going to buy a player called Didier Baptiste from Monaco. He actually signed for Harchester United, from Sky's fictional football drama Dream Team.
