I am sure this is hidden away somewhere on the new 'improved' offical site, but can you just pay on the gate for the above?

I had the problem a couple of years back at Blackpool that the club wouldn't sell me tickets prior to the game as I have a Lancaster postcode, but if I can just pay on gate it will be fine for what is essentially my home game of the year.

Having not played up there since 1834, anyone got any ideas on a good away pub?

The football ground guide recommends Sumners which sounds pretty decent (go north from the ground, past the big Sainsburys). Other options are the Catholic Club who apprently do drinks and pies and have Sky, and are easy gto find just a bit West of the ground along Deepdale Road, or there's the Fulwood Conservative Club. The centre is about 20-odd minutes walk I should think.

If I have time before the game I'll probably head to Sumners.

We're not going now as our mate who was driving has an ill daughter. Gutted that we can't go, but oh well.
