You had to carefully think about supporting Swindon?  Hmmm

Asking to meet up with strangers on the basis that they support the club you have recently decided to start following probably not the best way to go about it, to be honest.  But give it a couple of months, and you'll be able to meet plenty of Didcot based Town fans on the train on matchdays.  You'll not be alone.

If his choice was between Swindon and Oxford then you can see how he came up with Swindon as his best option  Yes

Wonder if his wife's friend is looking for a date?

Have a beer or two in the Prince of Wales - plenty of Town fans in there pre-match or indeed, as others have suggested, on the train.

Are you working with DHL?

They wanted to send me there. Luckily I was too gash for the job.

It might have been ABP. The beef people.

I've been rejected by too many jobs.  Angry

I am a Didcot lad but living outside Banbury now as the name implies. I go every home game and pick up Didcot lads on route. A fair few go by train and no doubt you will get to know them.

Great choice Son. I used to catch the 1:26 in the good old days with some of the boys still going strong since the 70's Enjoy the experience and a wonderful club that has heart, history and passion.

Unlike the shite just up the road.

Welcome and no doubt when I do go by train two or three times a season when we go corporate you may meet us.
