Looking to leave the 25,000 seater. Even though they will have to play in a different town, its the right choice for them to move forward. Enjoyed going up to Darlington last time we played them

Perhaps David Duke will rejoin them now?

They'll be playing former Football Leaguers South Shields, Ashington and Durham City so they're in good company.

Billingham Synthonia, Norton & Stockton Ancients, Jarrow Roofing, Dunston, Tow Law Town, Bedlington Terriers... I miss the North East.

Bit of a shame for them really. Guess their income was restricted with the covenants in place

I believe Kings Lynn have now been placed in that league as well, that's some journey to play a game of footy for part time players!!

Kings Lynn have been placed in the Evo-Stik south league.  That's 1 league higher than Darlington have been put into and covers mainly Midlands teams - goes about as far north as Sheffield.

Sorry, just re-checked and you are quite correct.  Got my facts muddled, the other Norfolk team eligible for promotion - Wroxham - are now in the Ryman Div. 1 North.  What's a north and south between friends!!
