avoid fields and parks if you can, change cloths and have a shower this will get rid of most of the pollen that has stuck to you.

eye drop are the best to prepare yourself for a high pollen count.

have suffered with this since i was a teen, but has gradually slowed down over the years.

doesnt help when your a gardener either  Sad

The honey thing is bollocks.  Hay fever is caused by grass and tree pollen which are wind blown, pollen in honey is insect distributed and so is too heavy and sticky to be blown around and get up your nose.  So there.

That said, it tastes nice so eat it anyway.  Or smear it on the missus.  Or smear it on yourself and get the missus to lick it off.  Sticky as hell but it'll take your mind off the hay fever...

Winnie the pooh doesn't get hay fever Wink I use to use Beconase nasal spray, and found it better than any hay fever tablets. Don't get hay fever bad now but May and June were always the worst months for me.
