This interview was done today.. 2 Days before a fairly big derby match,if i was a rovers fans i would be livid to see just how little preparation he appears to have put into this match

He comes across as a surprisingly genuine and likeable bloke, which I didn't expect. Not that that has any bearing on the price of fish and chips. And we'll fucking stuff those thick country twats.

Given the amount of research and preparation that Paolo puts in it is shocking that he had to be told by the interviewer that Ritchie is suspended Saturday.  He did however come across as genuine and a lot less twatish than a lot of managers.
