If I were him I would go. Youth team coach to assistant manager is a step up.

A step up?  Depends on the ££ as well, I suppose.  Would an Assistant Manager at Torquay earn any more than a Youth Team Coach at Swindon?  When you add in that PB is a naturalised Swindonian and has been settled there for years, it may not be the cut & dried decision some are suggesting.  I'd love to see him stay.

It really does depend what he wants out of the game.

The Newport manager was in a cushy little coaching job at Spurs but wanted a shot at management.

If Bodin see himself as a senior coach then he'll take the drop in wages.

Probably the only person from last season I want to see at the club this season.
