I'd be surprised if the editor / proof reader knew what that meant!

I have spoken to lots of fans down here (Yeovil, Exeter, Bournemouth and Weymouth) and to a man they all know about the hatred between Swindon and Poxford, albeit slightly more intense from them than us.

Unlike some fans of ours the longer its been since we played them the more my utter dislike/hatred of them increases.

I for one cannot wait for the battle to commence!

"Chim-chiminey, chim-chiminey..."

What a fantastic way to end the article Smiley Cryptic to everyone except us, the clubs that have played us recently and of course those bastards in yellow and blue.

Bring it on!

I laughed out loud when I read it. The author quite often mentions town in his 'final third' section every Friday (thur this week cos no metro today). Did a gd bit on Austin when he first played in late 2009, then another when he left. Nice to get national coverage and whilst the metro isn't in Swindon, I think it's the third or fourth biggest newspaper (most read) in the country.

Also agree re hatred of pox, only gets stronger the less we play them, although won't labour the point as it's been discussed enough on this forum over the last few years!

once the dust has settled on our relegation, the new manager installed and a few new signings, locking horns with those cunts down the a420 will be whetting our appetites.
