Jamie Oliver's Turkey, Leek (and gammon) pie using all the left overs from xmas dinner, ready for boxing day evening. Love it

Lots of things, I really like Cooking. Hugh Fearnsley Wotsit's Spag Bol is very good (White wine, Chicken stock, very slow cooked)

One for neeps and tatties which i did with a haggis last year on burns night. Best thing i've ever cooked, whiskey, cream and mustard sauce included.

Um... Odd question to answer but I'd have to say salt beef. A week in brine but fantastic results. It was a HughFW job.
