Once upon a time I would have really disliked the idea of such a competition like this.

However, the sheer amount of players that slip through the net is incredible so we may just find a Non-League gem.

Fully agree. At least with this competition it's not on TV like 'X Factor', where the public decide. It's fully decided by the coaches.

the fella who was decribed as head of youth is no such thing either.i've never heard of him
