Now yes he could be low life...we don,t know do we.
But how could they think about charging him...didn,t look like he attacked them to me.
As i said he may have been known to them but it wont really help police/public relations which is already strained in Liverpool.
Was no need for them to punch him at all.

I'd love to hear an explanation as to why they needed 12 Police officers to handle it. Nothing better to do?

Apparently he violently resisted when they were trying to give him medical aid. Though the force used does seem somewhat excessive. I'm sure they'll all be cleared in the inquiry, anyway
