The player that we really missed out on was Darren Eadie who came from Chippenham.
Would have loved to have seen him come through the ranks at STFC, under Ossie and Glenn.

Ben Thatcher,is a similar age to Eadie,but probably wasn't a Hoddle style of player and so was
snapped up by Millwall.
