Travelling tips for the north and south divide...from the sun.
Travelling oop north.
1-Set your watch back at Watford Gap...25 years. 2-When it comes to windows wood is the new glass. 3-Address car park stewards as me duck,ol flower or ar kid. 4-Dont under any circumstances order lager shandy..force a bitter into the lemonade instead. 5-No warm clothing, just a t shirt all weathers with 10 B&H up the sleeve. 6-Always expect a ladle of gravy on your chips.
Travelling daan south.
1-Always remortgage before the trip if buying a round. 2-Straight off M1 nip into Argos for sovereign rings and chunky gold chains. 3-No team scarf, only Burberry hats and matching scarf for full effect. 4-No eye contact at all with passengers on the tube. 5-Lager only,or posh bottle drink with citrus wedge. 6-Call blokes mate, bruv, geezer or tweakle. 7-As you walk to the stadium adopt the swagger similar to the bear in the Hoffmeister advert.

Fosters for some reason is very popular in India. I have tried to educate them and tell them that Indian beer such as Kingfisher is so much nicer.
