Hi guys, just wondering if I can call on your travel advice please... planning a stag do in Ibiza and just wondered if you guys had stayed anywhere half decent? Cheaper the better! I've found one place, but would obviously rather act on anyone's recommendations...

seen a few which look ok, just wondered if anyone had stayed anywhere hald decent/cheap/with a pool/near stuff (but not too near, if you know what I mean)

The hotel I stayed in was nice from what I remember. But I was 7 at the time.

We went out for 5 nights late last summer for closing, stayed at the http://www.ibizahotelmonterrey.com/ , was really nice for the money we paid, we had two 4 bed apartments and they were great, although the double rooms were abit small. |

Been many a times - Try Hotel Tropical. Google it. It's cheap and near all the action with a pool etc and always quite lively. If you have a little more money, try Ibiza Rocks hotel. Little more upmarket but aimed at the 18-30s generation.

A few of us were mulling over the idea of going to Ibiza for a day. Turning up at the airport in the early hours with nothing but shorts, t-shirt, sunnies, wallet and passport, and coming back 24/36 hours later... should be possible, shouldn't it?
