Not sure what the punishment is for this sort of thing, but its not really relevant.

There will be a period of posturing by both Blackpool and Leeds. Blackpool have (or will) report them to the FA and they will threaten (or take) legal action whilst Leeds continue to state they've done nothing wrong. Then it will all be sorted by Leeds sending Blackpool a nice fat cheque, upon which Blackpool will drop their complaint and legal action.

This sort of stuff will never be stopped. The only answer is for contracts to have escape clauses written in and compensation levels for both side - the club and the manager (or player).

The answer is to bring a law in to stop managers jumping ship during a season...there the first to whinge when a player does it...its unsettling on a club.....Blackpool are right in the shit now,i hope Leeds lose the next six and that Hypocrite Bates is fighting relegation.

Chelsea were given a token fine for tapping up Ashley Cole, so I'm sure Leeds will have to pay peanuts (if anything at all) for tapping up Grayson.
