Got in to work after a very heavy but great weekend and did my usual review of the thisisstfc forum.

Now I know that Saturdays result was how would you put it? f***ing crap, and to be honest I was expecting a few negative posts by the usual suspects, but Jesus.

Small mindedness doesn't even come close to describing some of the posts on there:

"King was obviously at fault for us losing 4-0 and must be held completely responsible and therefore must tender his resignation immediately".

"Why put youngsters on the pitch when they have little or know experience, in the middle of an important game"

I'm not going to try and justify King's decisions or start a King in or out debate as I think that it has all been overdone already.

I'm just in disbelief about some people’s attitude, and whilst I completely agree with the whole 'freedom to post and voice an opinion' thing, I just don't understand how people can be so negative all the time.

Not sure what the point of my post is, just wanted to put in writing my thoughts.

Fair play to Ben, Reeves, Blink and other Town End members for trying to a modicum of sense and intelligence to thisisstfc, although the standard response of "get your tongue out of King's arse" must be getting on your nerves a little.

I listened to Ed's post match report on t'internet and it sounded very positive to me.  The fans were giving the players a great reception at the end.  It sounded like a fine effort from messrs Lapham, Pook etc.
