I don't want to come across racist buy why the hell do companies insist on using foreign call centres!  :x They haven't a clue what I'm saying, when I'm paying you on a monthly basis I have a policy with you but 'you're not on our system sir..'.

I used to work in an English based call centre - the amount of racist/xenophobic comments from customers was insane - most didn't believe we were in England.

I really hate outsourcing, but I've had some good experiences with foreign call centres. And some bad ones with English ones. Luck of the draw I guess.

Except the dipshits Norwich Union employ (India). Never had a good experience with them. They must be every other Indian call centres rejects.

Actually, as most of the goods and services we buy now are from foreign companies, we probably good a decent deal on the amount of Customer Services centres which remain in the Uk

Phone Abbey, surely you should get a Spanish Call Centre
Phone NPower, speak to a German
EDF - French
 and so on.  Loads of people moan but are happy to buy the cheaper services/products.
