OK,
We all need about 8 hours a day sleep right?, Well last night I got no sleep.
So would mean that to catch up I should sleep for 16 hours tonight, or would a good 8-9 of deep sleep do the trick?
actually we don't all need 8 hours a night, I normally only have about 6 and feel fine, I find it hard to sleep longer than that unless I've been out on the sauce.
Interesting question though, I would imagine that getting 8 hours after missing a nights sleep would pretty much get you back to normal, certainly don't think 16 hours would be necessary as a chink of the 8 hours is superfluous.
