a black day

possibly the longest day since time was invented. went out for a 'quiet' night last night, ended up playing poker with rum forfeits, then into town for a lager/sambuca conbination that saw me chucking up outside the job centre, befoe taking an hour to walk home. Today has been largely dreadful. I've fought it long enough, getting back on it now for the footie. Hangovers are getting so much worse these days!

went to a party last night which ended in an argument with the girl. standard. bed at 6, work at 11. hmv is alright with a hangover though, not exactly taxing. fell off my bike on the way home, cobbles are slippy. probably going to sit about all evening doing not much, then reffing tomorrow.

I got a big game tomorrow, so will have a few to ease me through, but sometimes it doesn;t take a lot to feel the same again. playing top of the table tomorrow,

Reffeing eh? Could have done with you at Elland Road yesterday no matter how well qualified you are. Even a scummer who didn't know the rules would have been less biased
