I just pass my card to the wife, but I think its 1,000 points = £5 at Argos or it might be 500 points, its one or the other.

Tesco clubcard points are so much better. Got £25 worth of vouchers this quarter, which converts to £100 of vouchers on line so i'm getting a free magazine subscription for a year (one of the music ones) and about £60 of restaurant vouchers so a couple of free meals out.

you have to get so many more nectar points to get the same rewards.

A fair bit, i do all my shopping there, and get my petrol which is quite a lot.

Also, i've got their tesco clubcard credit card and get points every time i use that in store as well (and points on other purchases although you don't get as many if you're not in Tesco's)

I don't buy anything for the sake of it, they just add up really quickly.
