Why should they though, I don't expect them to due to the way they felt they was treated as they are agents they have got their players with clubs they are not gonig to pay them off and can't transfer them until Jan.

Didn't Diamandis state in his speech that BEST has agreed to underwrite these deals (which includes Paynter according to BEST)?

In which case there shouldn't be a problem needing to lead to a public appeal.  Surely Mike just refers BEST to the written documentation to support this underwriting, unless........................

I guess that's what happens when you put too much faith in something happening before it signed, sealed, delivered.
