mate I can help with copyright/patent problems. I did a course on it with regard to pursuing claims agaisnt people who break them. Just email me all the plans etc for your idea and put the origanl drawings in the post to me and I'll come back to you asap. Promise!

Ha, its a pohone with no texts (or if texts come through they are spoken) there is one button to answer.  No voicemail pic messages etc.  To make a call they press teh one button and they can connect to a operator who then asks who they want to talke to:-

OAP: Hell, I want to talk to my son
Operator: ok, at work, home or mobile

Then they connect.  Charge say £50 to connect, the system would be an ericksoon phone system like these large corporates use.  

This idea will get done one day, sadly it would cost so much to set up.

my nan is shocking at using her mobile, i think she gave up in the end. this would probably work to some extent.

Yeah my mums the same and shes only 60! Had to take voice mail off as she couldnt answer it in time!

It would work and the Pensioner market is the biggest one in the world!
