I wonder if Rob Hartley's flawless record is still intact?

That sort of record is scary....sometimes I wish I'd kept some sort of log of all the games I've been to down the years, but I've really no idea.  As a random aside, I've always wanted to see a goal scored by a Swindon keeper..

Almost sore Digby Score around 10 years ago. I think it was against City.

Two of the older generation i travel/drink with at away games have awesome records - one just did his 25th consecutive season complete home and away and the other did his 1600th consecutive game at accrington last year - something like 31 years.  Overcommittment perchance?

48 - missed Mansfield, Boston and Grimsby all away.

Fair play for that commitment mate.....I seem to recall someone  who I now take to be you phoning in RS, on the way back form some god forsaken outpost.....no chance of that happening now.

I haven't missed a home game  since missing  Parkin's debut.....don't  do anything like so many away

Thanks Reg - good memory (could have been one of about four last season) - my wife sometimes calls me to suggest I phone in when they are scratching around for people who were actually at some of the away games - as you say though, no chance of that happening any more - there is no way I am phoning in to some tinpot setup that doesn't even broadcast 12 miles away to where I live!

I tend to do more away ones than I used to because it is the only way I get the chance to communicate with my lad, who now he is 15, spends most of his time in front of a screen or under headphones!

As you seem to want to set yourself up as the people's voice Mav then perhaps you can get yourself a job on Brunel

No desires to be anybody's voice thanks power to people, there are plenty on here far more able than I to do that, and besides, a coverage of "inner Swindon" is hardly a platform for representative views of the fanbase is it!

I did quite a few away games with my older son when he was about that age.....think its a good bonding sort of thing to do.  Now he's  older and away at uni,  do less.

Agree about the bonding Reg - we also do concerts together (took him to Deep Purple a couple of weeks back!!).

Mine keeps telling me already that he expects  "chauffeur Dad" to arrange to collect him whenever possible for games when he is at uni!
