They did a good job here and it really is a shame they didn't stay to finish it off. The thing I don't get is why people hate Leeds so much because of it...people didn't hate Ipswich for buying Parkin.... Or maybe its just because I'm from Leeds so am slightly sympathetic?! |

people hated leeds anyway, they must be one of the most disliked clubs in the country.
Wise is still a cunt though. He did alright before he left, but then it could be argued that as one of the biggest clubs in the division with one of the biggest wage budget he bloody well should have

Couldn't care less about Leeds. Fact is Parkin earned respect by staying with us for a few seasons and banging in the goals. He fulfilled his contract.
No doubt Wise and Poyet started to turn the club around, but they jumped at the first opportunity after just a few months.
Maybe there were other factors involved, but I'm not privvy to anything outside what was said in the media. In my book they are little better than Colin Todd.
