Are we gonna make any at all?

no, we dont need any.

We're the best team in this league, let the players we've got keep on winning.

I notice you've gone quiet on the Peacock and Roberts dont score enough goals subject. 20 between them now!

Rumour from the league paper is that Steve Adams and Barry Corr are signing tomorrow.

We don't know the board haven't backed Sturrock. If the board have promised Sturrock more money and don't deliver it then that's shocking, but Sturrock would know about budget when he came here.

I personally think Sturrock has gone for targets that are unobtainable thus far.

Adams turned us down last week ... last I heard Sturrock was chattin to a few premiership managers about a loan for rest of season from their youth teams .. might be some talent in there .. so I expect a couple of kids if anyone .. a right back/winger and a nippy striker

Agreed. He has set his standards high, and I respect that. Its not like our current team are doing badly or owt.

Get a couple of squad players in to add competition, and leave a coule of loans available for emergencies. I do worry what would happen if Williams gets injured though. I get the feeling he is the glue that holds the side together at times.

well Nicho and CCP are both good defenders but agreed that Williams is our only experienced player at the back

 Yes

although not entirely the same, I think we'd be fucked if Phil Smith got injured to.

Well Done fatbury you correctly predicted that Sturrock would go after an ex Plymouth and ex Wednesday player. Just like everyone else did...

Give us some examples of when your "source" has been correct, preferably backed up by your posts on here.

Much obliged.
