Firstly, Mr Bowden is clearly a lot more generous than I could ever be. Secondly, everyone is nicely on the mend to varying degrees- thank you for asking. Even Stan has started to play sports again, albeit with a new, unique running style.

Good to hear Mark - whilst your in 'exile' so to speka, can you talk to a few of your mates at Loftus Rd and when we manage to get you back here, sign the Chelsea kids on loan there, Jimmy Smith and Micheal Mancienne - they sound half decent.
