I see that Mike Diamandis has published a statement on the adver site.

There is one thing that puzzles me. I always understood that he was SSW advisor, but he admitted in the statement that many times in the past he has made decisions against the advice of SSW and that these have hurt the club.

Why has this guy got so much power at STFC? Is he a big shareholder? he is not on the board of directors thats for sure.

Just puzzles me how and why he became involved- and why he has had such a big influence- so big that he admits to going against SSW advice

Other way around chief...

”I have been involved with the Club for more than 15 years as a supplier, however I became seriously involved about 5 years’ ago when Sir Seton Wills and Cliff Puffett asked me to help when things had gone seriously wrong. I supplied the management and financial support on a day-to-day basis with backing of the Wills family.

At that time some of my advice was not heeded and control of the Club was handed to a consortium which you all know about.
