why are you all not putting in Shakes?

Shakes is awful and put in exactly 0 crosses that beat the first man yesterday.

I was wondering if Ricky's new tactic of hitting it straight into the covering defender was a deliberate piece of input from Leo Beenhaker....namely its beter than just hoofing it away, or dribbling into an opponent and losing possession.

You get a throw in usually so retain possesion.

Half the time there was nobody getting into the box anyway last night, and he didn't really have the space to get a cross in. he did right to keep possession and try to work the space.

As for Migs, I can;t understand why he has been so poor but I agree that he would benefit from having a solid player alongside him. that would give him more freedom and perhaps allow him to be more creative

Shakes' "awful" crosses won us a couple of corners on Tuesday night, so it's not all bad.

His insistance on running off the pitch with the ball is a bit infuriating. He's like a poor mans Paul Edwards.

He's time wasting, just a shame he does it when we're 1 down with 70 minutes left.
