When I were a radical student type.....there was a magazine called Oz, which was part of the alternative scene of the time....it was a big bright often trashy but usually funny celebration of the late 60's early 70's.

There was a famous issue, known as the School Kids issue which featured  a cartoon Rupert Bear doing rude things with his chums. As the mag was anti establishment the powers that be seized on this as an opportunity to hammer those behind it with an archaic anti obscenity charge......it was a big thing at the time.

I had a load of copies of Oz and various other similar publications, comic books etc, which my parents lobbed out when I left home, before I had a chance to retrieve them.

Shame as a lot of that stuff is worth a bit now.
