Only groan i have with BT Spuddy is their awful customer service.

The Indian call centre read off prompt cards and can only answer what the card in front of them says.

Indian = How many lights are on, on your home hub?

Me= None

Indian = There are no lights on, on the hub?

Me = No

Indian = Ok, i'll have to put you on hold

Indian thinks he has put me on hold but i can clearly hear him talking to someone else for 10 mins.

Neither of them have a clue what to do next.

Tested my speed by downloading a 5.4meg file. Downloaded it in under 2 seconds  :shock:

Will test my speed later when i get back but it's already better than BT and for only £10pm
