i cant believe his attitude, just because he used to be a good striker he feels he warrants a place in the starting line up week in week out. gimme a break, thorpe, listen the reason your not in the line up is because YOUR NOT GOOD ENOUGH, MARGINALLY WORSE THAN THAT CRAP CURETON. If you want to regain your place knuckle down train harder and prove to king you want and deserve it. From what i've seen of you this season you really dont deserve that place.

Crap Cureton? Some Swindon fans really do get on my nerves and make me angry some time. He's played really well and set up 4 i believe. He's a good player and just hasn't scored some people need to show some respect and realise what this club is now. We are not the premier league team or league cup winning team like the stories you were brought up on.

Rant over.

This is one reason that I comment very little on the 25% football and stick to the 80% bollocks on the forum. I don't get to see the games and only listen to the odd one. I therefore feel that I can only contribute bollocks !

He's set up 1 goal which was Fallon against Forest, where the hell have you got the other 3 assists from?.

I'll be fair, as far as I can see he's got two assists:

Roberts v Oldham Assist: Nicolau
Thorpe v Oldham Assist: Cureton
Fallon v Forest Assist: Cureton
O’Hanlon v Forest Assist: Roberts
Pook v Wycombe Assist: Heath
O.G v Yeovil Assist: Whalley
Fallon v Yeovil Assist: Smith
Heath v Yeovil Assist: Shakes
Roberts v Yeovil Assist: Fallon

In all fairness, the article in today's Adver and the fact he scored a hattrick yesterday (albeit against a very poor reserve side) has persuaded me that he's worth another shot.

If he acts like a cunt again though, get rid!

Smith's shot against Yeovil was set up by a lovely reverse pass from cureton and seeing as Smith's shot was over the line I'd say that's three assists for Curo.

I'm with Batch, Curo hasn't been as bad as I've read on here but I would like to see Thorpe given a chance on Saturday.

It would be foolish not to give Thorpe a spot on the bench at least, if he scores a hattrick in the reserves then doesn't even get in the squad it doesn't really send out the right messages to all the other fringe players, does it?

I agree with that!  Surely thats the whole point of the reserves, to get players ready for first team action and improve confidence etc.  If you dont reward then that is totall counter-productive.
