Didn't hear it tonight- what was said about Henshall?

Someone asked if we would be signing Henshall on loan (I think it was a genuine 'local lad' question rather than rumour.)

He said that other clubs had looked at our relationship with Spurs, and how we play, and so yes its possibly as other clubs may well be looking to loan us players.

Coops didn't like the question about Ranger!
Which one? The bumbling woman who said that Cooper needed to be nicer to Ranger? Or the text that asked what was the contingency if Ranger goes?

Me too. I think that he bent over backwards not to be rude to that woman and also to try to answer all of the questions posed. I came away thinking that he just has an awkward interview style and maybe isn't as irritated as he sometimes sounds when interviewed.

Indeed.  He seems to be a decent bloke, just ultra defensive when interviewed after a match.

I thought the interesting thing he said about the Spurs loanees was that when a club loans you players and are really good about paying a sizeable chunk of their wages there is an expectation that they will be involved with the matchday squad. However, he said that they didn't 'have to' play them.

Hmmm apart from when pritch was dropped to the bench ( col utd away iirc and then he came on as a sub ) they have played every game apart from injuries and suspensions.
Hall even reverting to LB v posh and pikeys so he could be included

Tim Sherwood tells Lee Power what to say and Lee Power tells Cooper
