Personally I don't think it is right to speculate on that very sensitive issue at this time, when we actually know nothing except what the press tell us.
But i stick with the principle that no-one is beyond redemption, and in the right circumstances, offering fresh chances is the best way towards rehabilitation.

I don't think it's fair to say the Germans were 'very well off' under Hitler. Better off than they were when he took over, but that wasn't hard, as he inherited a shite state of affairs. |
