Do our current lot run out this year? However stuff ended, it was something the old board did very well. It could be a good sign on the ability and intent of the new board.

I really struggle to buy decent socks. Cheap ones are ok, an are always disposable. But because I'm on my feet all day I often wear through them. It probably still works out cheaper buying disposable cheap socks than looking after nice ones, but it's still a problem that I live with.

Prior to coming out here in 2004 I bought some long, warm socks in Asda West Swindon. They have served me well ever since and show no sign of wearing through. I'll probably hand them down to my grandson eventually, along with the lucky hammer.

I believe Adidas were renewed to supply the kit for 3 more years before the old board left, not sure about the rest but I believe Murrall said he was looking at speaking to sponsors to negotiate/renegotiate terms with some of them when the new lot came in.

Yes, I was told this in the club shop recently that we've got adidas for the next couple of years at least. Not sure whether it's good news or not. Really like the kits but dagnabbit adidas are expensive for kids' kits especially as they also seem to have year-on-year price hikes from an already expensive base

Yes they're expensive, and with the sponsor changing on the away shirt every year FIFA 10/1/2/3 its a bit of a pain.  IMO they're the best kits we've had since the last time we had adidas.
