What is this history he keeps banging on about? Is that the one where we didn't exist pre-Di Canio?

Just another thing to add to the 'code of conduct'

We used to have a code of 'common sense and the bleeding obvious' before Paolo and now we need a 'code of conduct'.

Paolo has just reached the crest of the hill and will start to take a pretty sharp downward slide.

A simple tip for PDC if someone upsets him:

1. Take a deep breath.
2. Walk away from the situation.
3. Later, when you have calmed down a bit, ask to talk to that person in private.
4. Make sure that the meeting is set for a time when you are calm and can focus on this one topic. Do not add other unrelated items to the agenda.
5. Stay calm and collected and keep your voice on an even keel.
6. Say 'When you do X it makes me feel like Y. If you do X again, I will react by doing Z.'
7. Then give the other person time to state their case, remembering to remain calm throughout.
8. At the end of the meeting, recap on what has been agreed.
9. After the meeting, document the discussion and send it to the other party to ensure that they agree with the outcome.
10. File documentation for use later if necessary.

And so ends NMH Management lesson 101. That will be £1500 please Paolo.

11. The press really don't need to hear about it.

Tariq Aziz was a diplomat...probably knows  Sir William.

Sir William has his afternoon tea at 4pm, then Tariq Aziz.

You can remove the word 'probably' from that statement... He's already gathering intelligence on you guys...

Won't take long in some cases...
