BBC1 started an adaptation of a James Herbert novel last night, The Secret of Crickley Hall.

There was something similar a year or two ago on the BBC at Xmas which creeped me out. Can't remember what it was called. About a nanny who was in prison for killing someone (maybe one of the children) except she didn't, set years ago, might have had young twins, who maybe weren't dead, a gardener and a woman who was dead. Or something like that.

Anyone remember what it was called? Think it was based on a book by a well known author.

It was Turn of the Screw based on the Henry James book.

Some movie with vampire type thingies living in a cave deep underground. Can't remember the name of it.

The movie itself was average and not at all scary. What did shit me up though was a diver getting stuck in a narrow tunnel and unable to move. Even if it's fiction that shit still gives me the heebiejeebies. I have to look away.

That's the badger. 'The descent', for the sake of pedantry.
