Ok here is my dilema....
I have a small section of angled roof running across the front of Fatbasher Towers. This incorporates the integral garage the entrance porch and the downstairs toilet.
There are pipes within this area that I know are not lagged as they should have been by the builders. One of my neighbours has had flood damage a few years ago and mine have frozen up but thankfully not split, yet.
Now I had the bright idea that I could gain access via a hole in the garage ceiling and crawl along and fix this. This I have tried but the space to work in is to small. The only other option is taking off a section of the roof tiles, battens and felt and going in from the outside.
Who knows a competent roofer to help me out? It's not a massive job I grant you but with building work being in short supply someone must know someone who'll be interested?
Some forecasts are predicting a big freeze coming up and I just think my luck may not hold out again.
Thanks in advance.

Have you got a fascia board that runs the length of the house that you could remove and get to the pipes that way?

Remove tiles, felt etc. You should be able to do that yourself.

Yes but these pipes don't run the length of the Fascia.
