I saw 5p on the floor last night.

I picked it up as it caught my eye, when I got to the kebab shop I found that 5p took me to having exactly enough.

Without it I didn't have enough!

Must have been fate.

No, but probably mainly in case it was glued to the pavement so people watching could laugh at everyone who tried to pick it up which I've fallen for before, albeit for a quid, not 5p.

Wouldnt pick up less than a quid, whether it was already there or I had dropped it.

Have even sacrificed 50p's because of this rule.
