I'm optomistic about this coming season and looking forward to it,but losing sleep over it? no. It's not that important to me.

I'll sleep just fine tonight. I'm excited but apprehensive about tomorrow as anything could happen. This has got to be the most difficult season to call for a long time. The fact we're in Div 4 is maybe making people more optimistic than they should be. I'm not doing a reg but we could equally win or lose 5-o tomorrow and it would probably make bugger all differecne to the rest of the season.

When i was young the night before kick off was Ace...i lived at The Limes(kids home) and one season i went out and bought a great big fuck off air horn....i gave it a blast at 10pm the night before, trouble is it got jammed and was still blaring at 10.15,woke up all the kids,Staff, most of Green Road and Stratton.
It was confiscated for a month, think we lost 2-1 at Sheff Utd with Argie Alex Sabella scoring twice after Mayes scored for us early.
The Di Canio appointment means i am looking forward to a season that to be honest i was thinking of missing.

I imagine it's a bit like getting an invite to a pool party at Barrymore's.

Would you like it pushing back in?

Alwwwwwwwwight?

God bless Michael.

Maybe - but there are people older than me on here still with that enthusiasm.

Last season really killed me off.

Get f@coed DV!! Man up and get down there pal!! It's all about the rough and the smooth. Also it takes hitting rock bottom to make the good times all the sweeter!!

What the fuck are you doing on the forum with an attitude like that? If you are not arsed about the match whatever makes you think that by being here you could read something of interest!

Habit mainly and General Discussion used to be fun, although even that sucks these days.

Steady on Yeovil....freedom of expression is somewhat limited these days..get with the zeitgeist. Would like to see a win, but not expecting it.

The opening day has limped into my soul rather than exploded.
